SUMMARY:2020 AmCham-DHL Express Success & Resilience Awards
DESCRIPTION:This event is not run by an association in the Tech Alliance\, but may be of interest to some members.\nIn 2000 the American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand introduced an annual awards event to celebrate success and innovation in business relationships with the USA. This event has now become a highlight of our year. \nWith the current COVID19 pandemic affecting the world we have decided to change the 2020 awards to celebrate success and resilience in relations with the USA during these difficult times.  \nThere are no set categories. We are looking to recognize 5 or 6 companies\, organisations\, or individuals who shown resilience\, ingenuity\, have re-pivoted\, and have been successful in growing relationships/business between the USA and NZ this year. This can be covering Importing\, Exporting\, Investment\, Education\, Research/Science\, Tourism\, Dealing with Workforce issues\, Supply chains\, and Creative sectors. \nA successful applicant will demonstrate their success across these dimensions\, in ways of their choosing\, but showing how they have overcome the challenges. Some evidence of financial progress and success will be required. \nThe awards will be presented at a dinner with MC – Rachel Smalley \nKey note speaker:  TBC\nDress code:  Business \nIn addition to AmCham and DHL Express\, the awards are supported by: ANZ Bank and Ironside McDonald Intellectual Property
