DESCRIPTION:A working session for Auckland businesses\nA Techweek 2026 event\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThere is a lot of noise around AI. This is about getting on with it. \nAI Solutioneering is a working session where you bring a real business problem and build a solution with support from people who use these tools every day. \nWhat you will do \nSpend half a day working on something that matters to your business. \nYou will:\n• join a small table based on your problem or interest area\n• work with a defined set of tools and technologies\n• build a solution with support from tech experts and mentors \nHow it works \n• Two half day sessions\, morning and afternoon\n• Around 100 participants per session\n• Tables grouped by themes such as business processes\, marketing\, and decision making\n• Each table hosted by a tech expert and supported by mentors\n•  A focused working session to design and build your solution \nAt the end of each session:\n• each table selects their best solution\n• teams deliver a short pitch\n• the room votes for a People’s Choice winner \nLunch is a crossover and networking session\, followed by end of day networking. \nWho should attend \n• business owners and operators\n• SMEs looking to improve how they work\n• teams wanting to test ideas or automate tasks \nNo technical background required. \nPlease note: the morning and afternoon sessions will cover the same content and discussions. Attendees only need to register for one session\, so you can choose the time that suits you best. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSession Times\nYou can choose to attend either the morning or afternoon session. \nMorning\n9:00am – 12:00pm \nAfternoon\n1:00pm – 4:15pm \nEach session includes a short welcome\, time to work on your solution\, and a quick wrap-up where ideas are shared and voted on. \nLunch sits between the two sessions\, with time to connect.
