DESCRIPTION:Our next HealthTech Activator (HTA) valuation workshop is ideal for healthtech business founders wanting to improve their understanding of their company valuation and the role it plays in capital raising. \nWorkshop overview:\n\nPresented by Jai Basrur of CGB Consulting\, this workshop aims to: \n\nProvide an overview of the principles and techniques involved in valuing a company\nWork through a hands-on case study and exercises using valuation methods\nDiscuss practical guidelines to consider when valuing a healthtech company\n\nAfter covering the above\, this workshop will enable you to produce a valuation for your company that will assist you in your capital raising journey. We encourage those early to mid-stage healthtech companies seeking to raise capital to attend. \nEvent details: \n\nPre-workshop: the slides and case study will be shared for attendees to review\nWorkshop: Tuesday 9 April 2024\, 9am-1:30pm. Lunch and morning tea will be provided\nHosted in-person at the Health Technology Centre\, Christchurch\nCost: $50 (incl.
