SUMMARY:Introduction to Knowing your Customer and your Market workshop | HealthTech Activator
DESCRIPTION:The HealthTech Activator’s (HTA) next in-person market validation workshop\, an Introduction to Knowing your Customer and your Market\, takes place on 24-25 May in Auckland. \nWorkshop overview\nThis interactive workshop will help you: \n\nReframe an offering from a product- or technology-centric perspective to a customer-centric perspective;\nCreate a Job-To-Be-Done customer motivation canvas;\nCreate a value proposition based on customer problems and challenges;\nCreate a set of customer attribute assumptions to be validated;\nManage data collection for validation.\n\nThe workshop is aimed at early stage healthtech companies\, or companies that would like to have a fresh look at their market and how they have validated it to date. It is run by Dan Hansen and Will Perry from Apagie\, who use their cross-industry experience to give companies the right processes and perspectives for successfully commercialising their health technology. \nAt a cost of $50 per person\, the workshop includes two half-days (afternoon followed by morning).\n\n\nEvent details \n\nPre-session 1: pre-reading from an information package shared in the week before and an online introduction consultation from the facilitators\nSessions 1 & 2: Tuesday 24 May\, 1pm-4pm (includes afternoon tea)\nSessions 3 & 4: Wednesday 25 May\, 9am-12:00pm (includes morning tea and lunch)\n\nAs part of registering for this workshop you commit to attending both days.
