DESCRIPTION:This is an event run in partnership with NZHIT\nThis is NZHIT’s first in-person networking event since before lockdown and we are also pleased to offer the option of joining virtually via Teams if you’re not able to physically attend on the night. \nNZ Health IT (NZHIT) and Digital Identity NZ (DINZ) have partnered to provide members\, stakeholders and policymakers the opportunity to understand the growing importance\, challenges and potential associated with digital identity and New Zealand’s health\, disability and social sectors. \nKeynote speakers are to be announced soon and will include: \nPeter Marks\, Manager Architecture & Standards\, Digital Strategy & Investment\, Ministry of Health“ Digital Identity in relation to the MOH’s response to Covid-19” \nShayne Hunter\, Deputy Director General Data & Digital\, Ministry of Health – “The importance of Digital Identity and its future in NZ’s health system” (joining via Teams) \nRussell Craig\, Chief Technology Officer\, Microsoft NZ and NZHIT Board Member (elected) – “Modern Digital Identity as an enabler of a secure\, consumer-centric\, digital health system” (joining via Teams) \nTo ensure that we protect the health\, safety and wellbeing of attendees and others using the building we ask that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell. \nTo  attend in-person: Click here!” (limited tickets available to attend in-person so register quick) \nTo attend virtually: Email Anna – Anna at INFO@NZHIT.NZ with “Please register me” in the subject line and she’ll send you the invite. \n(The invite for those Teaming in will be from 6.15-7.45 ) \nTickets for attending in-person are limited to 80 people so please make sure to register immediately as this option is going to be especially popular. \n \n
