Our Mentoring Circles are designed to bring people together to connect, grow and succeed.
What to expect:
- Facilitated peer group mentoring: engage in group discussions focusing on non-technical aspects of career development, including collaboration, management dynamics, advocating for your career growth and asking for a promotion.
- Career path planning: chart your professional trajectory with the guidance of our experienced mentors and your peers.
- A safe and supportive environment to discuss career development.
- Networking opportunities: expand your network by connecting with new people in-person and online.
- Small groups of mentors and mentees meet regularly to discuss professional aspirations and challenges.
What it’s not:
- Formal or structured: enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, open dialogue and shared learning.
- One-on-one coaching: you will be supported by mentors, but this isn’t an individual coaching programme.
- Technical training: you will gain practical career insights. We focus on the human side of tech careers, not technical skills development.
