NZTech Group is proud to announce the release of our 2025 Annual Impact Report. The report highlights the resilience of New Zealand’s tech sector, which continues to grow despite global and domestic challenges.
Key highlights include:
- $24B GDP contribution (up 5.5%)
- $11.4B tech exports (up 7.4%)
- $1.2B R&D investment (up 7.0%)
- Over 24,000 tech firms and 119,000 people in the sector
The report also celebrates the power of collective action, showcasing how NZTech’s 16 communities are driving outcomes across exports and productivity, diversity and inclusion, digital safety, sustainability, and talent development.
