Join us for a practical look at what’s shifting in our market right now, grounded in Adobe’s latest research and what it signals for organisations designing and delivering digital experiences. We’ll hear from Scott King, Adobe’s Principal Strategist, Growth & Innovation for Australia and New Zealand, who will share the research findings and what they reveal about digital capability, customer expectations, and where organisations are investing.

Scott will then join a panel discussion with Kari Jones (FMA) and Ming Cheuk (elementX),   moderated by Madeline Newman to translate the insights through an Aotearoa lens—what’s working, what’s hard, and what leaders should prioritise to improve digital experience outcomes as AI becomes embedded.

The session will conclude with networking and refreshments.
