Curious about joining a Tech Women Mentoring Circle — or facilitating one?
This Techweek26 session is hosted by Tech Women Executive Team members Jemma Simmonds and Vanessa Leite and introduces the Mentoring Circles programme, including how the structure is evolving for 2026 while staying true to what makes circles work: small, consistent groups and facilitated, meaningful conversation.
We’ll begin with a short overview of how mentoring circles work, the commitment involved for participants and facilitators, and how shared themes will guide each month’s conversations.
In the second half, you’ll join a small breakout group to take part in a live mentoring circle. It’s a practical, low-pressure way to experience the tone and style of circles, meet other women in tech across Aotearoa, and decide whether the programme is right for you.
This session is ideal for returning participants who want to understand what’s new for 2026, and for anyone considering joining or facilitating a circle for the first time.
