AI Solutioneering: Stop talking about AI. Build something.

There is a lot of noise around AI. This is about getting on with it.

AI Solutioneering is a working session where you bring a real business problem and build a solution with support from people who use these tools every day.

What you will do

Spend half a day working on something that matters to your business.

You will:
• join a small table based on your problem or interest area
• work with a defined set of tools and technologies
• build a solution with support from tech experts and mentors

How it works

• Two half day sessions, morning and afternoon
• Around 100 participants per session
• Tables grouped by themes such as business processes, marketing, and decision making
• Each table hosted by a tech expert and supported by mentors
•  A focused working session to design and build your solution

At the end of each session:
• each table selects their best solution
• teams deliver a short pitch
• the room votes for a People’s Choice winner

Lunch is a crossover and networking session, followed by end of day networking.

• teams wanting to test ideas or automate tasks

No technical background required.

Please note: the morning and afternoon sessions will cover the same content and discussions. Attendees only need to register for one session, so you can choose the time that suits you best.

Session Times

You can choose to attend either the morning or afternoon session.

Morning
9:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon
1:00pm – 4:15pm

Each session includes a short welcome, time to work on your solution, and a quick wrap-up where ideas are shared and voted on.

Lunch sits between the two sessions, with time to connect. There is also an opportunity to stay on for networking at the end of the day.
